Each Wednesday night, kids will do a few simple drills and then play in a scrimmage. The goal is to give them a fun, positive experience with soccer in a setting that fits young kids really well.
(Optional reversible jerseys will also be available for purchase.)
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in The Liftoff League.
I understand that participation in youth sports involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.
I agree to release and hold harmless Brigham Redd, Lift Off Realty, The Liftoff League, and any coaches, volunteers, or affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury or participation in league activities.
I certify that my child is physically able to participate in this program.
I understand that The Liftoff League is a recreational program and may involve drills, scrimmages, and general physical activity.
I give permission for photos and videos of my child to be taken during league activities and used for promotional or marketing purposes by Lift Off Realty and The Liftoff League.
I understand that participation may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances and that scheduling may change if needed.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver and that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child listed.
